At TIEC, we connect Texas higher education expertise to partners who are working to solve global challenges. These collaborations include people-to-people exchange, capacity-building projects and fellowship opportunities.

As a trusted program implementer to the U.S. Department of State, we also manage funded projects across several State Department initiatives, and we do so on behalf of our university members. This allows our experts to focus on their work and expertise while we assist with project management.
